“Shannelle was extremely responsive, informative and friendly. Very nice accomodations. Pleasant stay. ”

“There was a review that said there are no doors. There are. They are pocket doors. I didn’t get a check in email… but I called and she answered. So I got in right away. You get what you pay for. But I feel like this was a great deal and the lady renting it out is very kind… and was helpful every time I contacted her”

“Loved our stay thank you for hosting us”

“Unfortunately, this villa was disappointing and did not reflect the current condition shown in the listing photos. The location is excellent for the parks and the kitchen appliances were modern and worked well, but the property itself is tired and in need of maintenance.During our stay we found a broken patio door lock, with the door being secured by a piece of wood, which was a genuine security concern. Several lights didn't work, the pool screen had multiple tears, the outdoor furniture was……

“Property was very clean, plenty of room, air works great. The only issue was 2 of the rooms bed linen had spots so we washed the linen which solved the problem. We had a guest come visit but they were not allowed through the gate. They had to park somewhere and we had to go and get them in our vehicle. When renting the property, remember, no visitors can come on the property unless you bring them. I would recommend the property and would rent again.”

“Overall the villa was lovely, beautifully clean inside with nice touches like mini toiletries, large tub of ground coffee, sugar, creamer, plenty of toilet rolls salt and pepper, olive oil, coffee filters oh and a kettle bonus for us Brits. The Lounge, dining and bedrooms were beautifully furnished and had everything we needed. Plenty of bath towels, although could have done with a few more pool towels so we didn’t have to put them in the dryer after each use, but a minor detail.Frank was an……

“Very responsive owner. Lots of things to do.”

“Clean room”

“The house was incredible and so very clean. The communication between the host and us was the best we have ever had. We definitely will be using shine villas in the future!”

“Very nice home with plenty of accommodations for up to 14 people. The price is amazing during the off season and the resort area is very clean, fun and relaxing. Would definitely stay here again.”

“Had a very nice stay. The Condo was very clean and nice. Great location right by the security gate. Just need a better iron board. ”

“The villa was beautiful. Clean with comfortable beds. Kitchen had all the amenities we needed with a large sized fridge. Lovely views of the golf course. The location for Disney was perfect. There are shops nearby which were very useful for last minute groceries. ”

“Overall, we had a great time. The house was very spacious and comfortably accommodated our group of 10 guests. The layout worked well for us, and we enjoyed our stay. That said, there were a few areas that could be improved. The house could use a thorough cleaning, and the outdoor area could definitely use some TLC.There were also a few surprises that were disappointing. The listing advertised two master bedrooms. To me, a master bedroom means it has its own private bathroom, but only one of the……
