「During the check-in process we were met by a gentleman with severe difficulties while attempting to speak English. I could barely determine what he was saying. Those difficulties worsened when I returned to the front desk to request additional towels since there were three of us. The Reservation was clearly adjusted on line by me to assure that they knew the room was for three adult guests. On arrival we noticed that there were only two pillows on each bed. All three of us sleep on two...

「Location of this hotel is amazing. Everything else was just ok. Rooms were clean. Women at front desk didn't know much about parking or where to eat. Also the blinds were sheer so everyone could see in the room at night and the room was light as soon as the sun came up. That drove me crazy. 」

「I booked a room on short notice and only needed a place to sleep. The accommodations were moderate and the price was not too high ($114.00) after some discounts. It was late April and it was in the 50's outside. The heater barely worked and stayed very cool all night. It had no carpet, just tile, so it was cold to walk on. The bed came with a cover sheet and bed spread, but no quilt. The ad promised a partial water view but the room they gave only faced the parking lot. The room was clean and...

「Location across from the beach was very convenient. The motel is basic. Small rooms, no lounge area. It felt like a clean dorm room. Friendly staff. But don't book through Expedia--not reliable. Expedia sent the customer a confirmation for one set of dates and sent the motel a different set of dates for our stay.」

「 this place should not be allowed to stay open....ceiling in bathroom falling apart, a/c noisy and burning smell when running. The sheets were dirty and not changed with several layers of sheets on the bed all filthy, and stains on the floor by each bed, plus over all room dirty and smelly...i left the day i checked in and moved to another hotel asked for the other day refund ,was denied...disquesting!」

「Everything was great only thing for me was there was no microwave in the room and it would been nice to have a coffee pot as well. But they do provide it but you have to walk down and use it..being on the third floor it was a bit inconvenient for me . But great spot and nice environment and the staff are really nice .. and the room was very clean and once again location to beach and downtown is awesome .」

「The view was gorgeous. They need to add some room darkening shades because you are facing east and the room never gets dark enough but ilove the Grand Victorian. 」

「Typical outdated room, it was clean enough to stay one night. Room was next to the parking spaces so you heard the older couples with loud bikes that were staying next door come and go. 」

「The rooms were very basic, the walls very thin. TV was small with a grainy picture. They lock the hotel at midnight and I had to beat on the door for 30 minutes to get into the building after a wedding.」
