「I pay at the hotel, but I didn't get the receipt.Hotel Reception told me ask Hotels.com, but I can't find where can download it . and I book one kingsize bed room,but she give me 2 beds room. and she said they don't have that time.」

「When I checked in, the front desk gave me a room on the first floor. I told her, can I stay higher floor? And I want a relatively quiet room because I need to stay in this hotel for a week. 「Even though they are doing construction, it was a clean and quiet overnight stay while traveling on the turnpike. (The Cuyahoga Valley National Park is also a nice place to walk and move around after a day of traveling.) Lots of restaurants in the area—and the beautiful neighboring town of Hudson. (Highly recommend Hudson’s Restaurant!) Staff were friendly, welcoming, and had a good night of rest!」
