"Excellent Hotel"

"Room was clean and spacious. Check in process with Lisa was great and quick. The kitchen for late night service was short staff was not able put in order as the wait time was hour wait. In the evening call front desk no one available, the pull of sofa had no bedding call front desk from room phone twice with no answer, then call the hotel directly from my cell phone and someone answered and we had to go down to front desk to get the bedding. Free drink were nice perk and food for the happy hour. "

"We were in town to attend a concert and found the room to be wonderful for our stay. It was very spacious, clean, and conveniently located to Target Center as well as numerous places to dine out. Very nice property and staff was wonderful."

"We enjoyed our stay. Staff was very friendly. Our shower flooded the bathroom floor."

"The woman who checked me in while not rude was not the friendliness. The hallways were dirty and needed to be vacuumed. The carpet in the room was stained but was clean. This was a smoking room yet there was no ashtray and previous guests left burn marks on the furniture. Television did not work as did one lamp. Overall not a good stay."
