「Angie did a great job with answering any questions I had before and during my stay. The campground was fun to walk around and explore. There is access to a nice paved trail for biking or walking, and the kayaking was amazing. The town of Big Rapids was just a short drive with a super cute little downtown area. I had the best coffee ever at Belle's Coffeehouse. The Jim Crow Museum at Ferris State University is a must see. My only complaint would be that the hot water in the shower barely lasted...

「We had a wonderful relaxing weekend! The host Kris gave us all the important information before our arrival for a stress free check in. We loved the beautiful view of the lake, sunrises, sunsets, bonfires and the hot tub! We made wonderful memories enjoying family dinners that were made in the well equipped kitchen and playing outdoor games like corn hole and connect four that were provided. 「We enjoyed the stay, very relaxing. We lost power twice when storms rolled through, but only for a few hours. Retrieved my flashlight from truck and was good to go. We later found a flashlight in the living room drawer. The cabin was clean, cozy and accommodating. We didn't take advantage of the kayaks or outdoor firepit this visit but will return again. 」

They helped with getting the kids set out on kayaks, we were able to buy overflowing wheelbarrows full of good campfire wood, outside games were provided for us, we were able to use their dryer when our tent decided to let the rain soak our daughters duffle bag full of clothes, and they showed us how to manage the ac. "I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The environment was peaceful and relaxing, and I especially enjoyed watching the ducks by the pond behind the building. The hotel offers accessible rooms, which is thoughtful and inclusive. The front desk staff were welcoming and professional. A special thanks to the hotel manager, who was incredibly attentive—they noticed my needs without being asked and kindly assisted me with printing, which was far beyond my expectations.
