"Beautiful view, could be much better if water levels were normal but that's no fault of the owner. Nice pool and hot tub. Spa was a great spot for a massage. Cleanliness of the fridge and some dishes was suspect (lipstick prints on cups), but everything was supplied you could need. Would definitely recommend. Thanks for the hospitality."

"Not enough electric outlets in master bedroom or bathroom. Deck appeared to have never been swept or furniture vacuumed. No view of the lake. Otherwise it was all good."

"My husband and I had a great staying at this condo on Lake Travis. The condo was clean, attractive, and well-stocked. The host even left us eclipse glasses and phone filters to use for the big event! The grounds of the condo community were also really beautiful. When the host warns you to keep an eye out for deer, they aren’t kidding! Deer were EVERYWHERE in this area and they have no fear of humans. Rainey Street is very lively, not especially kid friendly later in the day but was fun to walk down mid-day. This is a great location sa you're steps away from Lady Bird Lake for a nice walking path. "Came in for a week to see family, watch live music, go to the Texas vs Kansas State football game, eat, and relax. The Heart House was perfect, pet friendly, and perfect location for access to downtown, SOCO, Zilker Park, etc. Will definitely stay here again and would recommend for a small group in your party."

"We came to view the eclipse and had a great time. Property was very nice! We enjoyed the view of the lake and we spent quite a bit of time on the deck. It was nice having a table where we could eat outside. Would’ve like to have had more comfier chairs in the dining area as we played games both nights and sat there extendedly. Master bath was terrific. Would consider renting again if we have a reason to be out that direction!"

"New condo building has a nice Live, Work and Play vibe, with a coffee/cocktail bar in the lobby and rooftop pool overlooking the river and downtown. Condo setup with two bedrooms and two bathrooms on either side of the living room and kitchen area worked well for our group of two couples."

"The house was really nice. The view of downtown from the rooftop balcony was beautiful at night! The construction noise was not an issue since our stay was over a weekend, but, the construction debris around the area is something to be cautious about. Great close location for getting to the downtown scene. The only mishap we ran in to was, the freezer part of the fridge was iced shut, and we couldn't use it. All in all, the overall experience of this house was excellent. I will be coming back...
