"After an incredibly long day on the road (10 hours) I finally arrived, and while I was extremely tired and worn out from the road, I struggled unlocking the front door (completely due to my own fault!) I called for the Host help, The response was immediate, and within a minute I was finally able to breathe and relax in what truly was the perfect getaway! My stay was incredibly business-friendly and on the days where I was not working, I enjoyed perusing the local shops nearby! Spending a whole month away from my family was very difficult, but having such a wonderful place to come back eased my tensions immensely! If you are looking for a beautiful abode to hang your hat in the Downtown Tacoma area I could not recommend "The Perfect Getaway" more! 10/10"

"What an amazing place! On American lake on a gorgeous property with a dock. It’s even next to an eloquent castle. The host was so responsive and kind. The home was beautiful, clean, and perfect, with an amazing view. "

"Check in was easy. House is beautiful, as is the surrounding area. The porch has corn hole boards that we had a lot of fun with. The kitchen has any utensil, cooking pots/pans, gadget you could need. Coffee, cream, sugar and basic dry good staples readily supplied- which was AWESOME! The beds were all so comfortable. This was an EXCELLENT stay!"
