"Stayed here for the eclipse but got much more out of it. It was a nice quiet stay right on the lake which made for and enjoyable long weekend. Havinging th abilty to walk out, sit around a fire on a lake and fish was quite enjoyable. The tiny home was perfect for our needs and look forward to staying here again in the future. It was pet friendy yet lacked any animal hair which was a big concern as we had more than 1 person alerigic to dogs but had to bering out non shedding dog with us. Overall...

It's a beautiful location in a small riverside community, superb for destressing.The house is well-appointed, lacked nothing, very clean, beds and LR furniture comfortable, heat/AC responsive. "Very well maintained. Easy access. The household was spotless, and very well stocked. The owner was very friendly, and courteous. It was so relaxing watching the wildlife on the river, and just watching the river flow by. Kayaking whenever we wanted to was so nice, and watching other having so much fun floating by was pleasurable ."

"Took my son & his friend to see the 2024 Eclipse in the path of totality where this cute cottage was located on the inlet of a lake. It was absolutely perfect for us. It was clean, well stocked, the owner was responsive, generous & accomadating. Staying on a lake can sometimes be buggy even inside the house & there was nothing creepy crawly to be found! The peacefulness & wild life was perfect. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay & made a super special memory together. I am thankful!"

"We had a wonderful stay. It's obvious that the house is designed thoughtfully. There are plenty of rentals that are obviously designed for photos and marketing, but the small touches really set this rental apart. The view is incredible, it's close to a local grocery, and you walk out onto a nice trail. We met the owners and they couldn't be more gracious hosts. Highly recommend."

"The property met our needs except there were no tv stations. I guess you have to know how to do streaming and apps which we do not do. We were there to visit our son and daughter in law who live outside Jamestown and it was a great location, about a 15 minute drive to their house. We had a great time."
