“Great getaway for a few days immersed in nature, stunning hikes and views and wonderful staff and cuisine. Accent on on-site activities is justifiable; surrounding attractions outside the property, while famous, are incredibly crowded and congested and better to enjoy the excellent ambiance, service and cuisine and superb cabin rooms drenched with birdsongs!”

“Even though booking was for AC room, on reaching there we were told it is for non-AC room as Premier Triple rooms are non-AC only and we had to pay $28 extra for shifting to AC room.”

“We loved the the double bed room diamond villa with the balcony and view. The food was good and they had variety dishes. Nice place to relax. Only issue we faced was poor WiFi strength.”

“There was an exceptionally helpful ethos throughout the hotel. Staff went over and above what was required to make our stay comfortable. Even offered a packed breakfast for early starts to see animals. Made helpful suggestions so we got the best experience of the area (useful list of local attractions, accessibility and costs). Everything was of exceptional quality. Nice to have access to a swimming pool.”

“Property is ok, looks ok. Room was ok, smelled mouldy. Was able to sleep. Rooms below average. Property grounds.well kept. Swimming pool needs lights, cant go after dark bc cant see anything. Restaurant is decent Highlight for me is the dude making tea, as strange as this sounds. Clean. Restaurant id rate 9/10. Tea 10/10. Service 8/10. Rooms 5.5/10.”

“i had made booking for 2 nights (28th Nov to 30 Nov) with full payment. the hotel mailed me on 28 Nov stating that the room is not available for 29th Nov and asked me to cancel the booking. The booking was made for three elderly ladies and asking to cancel at last moment is unprofessional. The hotel agreed to arrange for alternate accommodation. My issue is that the hotel should have not let me book the rooms if it was already full. changing plans at last moment only causes unnecessary……
