「Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen und betreut, auch während des Aufenthalts bestand die Möglichkeit jederzeit mit den Vermietern in Kontakt zu treten. Die Ferienwohnung ist genauso wie im Inserat beschrieben, sehr sauber und mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Die Lage der Ferienwohnung bietet viel Natur und Ruhe mit schönen Ausblick. Insgesamt waren wir sehr zufrieden und konnten unseren Aufenthalt sowie Urlaub sehr genießen.」

Pues no fue así la casa parece ser si tiene estas habitaciones pero en dos plantas y alquiladas por separado. Nos quedamos los 5 adultos con 2 habitaciones y un solo baño, solo con bañera cuando el anuncio ponía bañera y ducha. uno de los adultos tubo que dormir en un plegatin en el comedor. 「A very old stone building very nicely renovated and modernized. Our room had small windows but the stone fireplace and old sink were gorgeous; the A/C worked great. We had the hotel breakfast one morning--it was fine, reasonable cost; but there are plenty of cafés nearby as well. Alda corp evidently runs several similar hotels in Santiago. 」

「Checking in was very difficult. Jose does not speak English. He never made himself available to let us in the building. We were let in by another guest staying in a different apartment. There was one piece of furniture to sit on other than the folding chairs at the kitchen table was a tiny loveseat covered by a ragged slipcover. Couch pillows were old. Beds need mattress pads. The only way to get privacy or reduce the noise was to close the shutters completely, and then the apartment would heat...

「We had a lovely week. The house is fully equiped but remote. The main attractions are at least one hour in the car. We had bad weather however. The communication could be better. The owner who speaks English, was not present. Carmen speaks only Spanish but she provided translators when necessary and baked us a cake for breakfest which was very nice.」
