“We were traveling with our six year old on her birthday and came across this property. We were looking in downtown Calvi but were attracted to this property given the proximity to the beach, the pool and water slide and the 2bd/ 2ba accommodations.
Overall we had an amazing stay! The beach is incredible. It was also cool to be the only Americans on the property. This was a little hard on our daughter as she couldn’t really make friends but overall she didn’t mind when she went on the water……

“Une très belle location, en tous points conforme avec les descriptifs et photos de l'annonce. Un hôte parfait et à l'écoute. La maison est très bien située dans un environnement exceptionnel. Le paysage immédiat autour de la maison et plus généralement celui de la Corse du Nord et de la Balagne est superbe. Nous avons passé un séjour parfait en en appréciant chaque seconde. Parfaitement équipée, nous ne pouvons que recommander cette location.”

“Das Haus ist sehr schön, sauber, die Gastgeberin sehr nett. Trotz Sprachbarierre konnten wir mit Hilfe vom ubersetzungsprogramm kommunizieren. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Der Ausblick von der Terrasse ist einmalig. Der Pool ist schön. Das Wasser ist ziemlich kalt (20-21 Grad). Der freundlicher Hund der Gastgeberin kommt regelmäßig zum Besuch. ”

“Close to the beach, gated for security, quiet location but restaurant supermarket and pharmacy less than 5 minutes walk away. Pool clean and quiet. Lovely location and wooded surroundings on the complex. Best to hire a car to get here or to get to Bastia town as taxi fare from airport was 40 euros one way and 40 euros to Bastia town one way.”

“Super schöne Villa. Alles hat super geklappt - auch dass wir früher rein konnten am Anreisetag. Kommunikation funktioniert wie im Inserat beschrieben nur auf Französisch oder Italienisch, was manchmal etwas kompliziert vor Ort war. Aber man bekommt heutzutage alles mit der Technik sonst hin. Das Haus ist sehr zu empfehlen. Danke Alexandra für alles!”

“Nice little place close to the village of lill rousse. One need a car to get to the beach and town but nice little secluded hotel. Only issue that disapponted us a little bit was that the bar was closed during the day when one was relaxing at the pool. Would come back and enjoyed my stay.”

“Vi spenderade fyra nätter på Résidence Catalina, i en lägenhet med två sovrum. Det var ett väldigt bekvämt boende, rent, lugnt, trevlig personal, och med allt vi behövde. En trevlig promenad på ca15 min tog oss till det fina centrumet av St Florent. Återvänder gärna! ”
