“Checked in and immediately noticed roaches. Not water bugs like you would find at a lake, but German cockroaches. Not just big ones but babies which means there’s a ton. The Wi-Fi never worked, the shower never turned off literally ran hot water 24 hours a day. The other shower door does not close completely and you had to hold it closed while showering. “Our kids wanted to come to Jackson to see where “Stranger Things” was filmed. This house was the perfect location. Jackson has different stores. Close to the house is small general markets. It’s also right beside High Falls State Park which is beautiful. ”

“There are so many great things to say about Regal Cottage.It gives Resort Feel on the Lake The Cottage was very neat and CLEAN and smelled amazing. The kitchen was fully stocked, nice quality towels in the bathroom, blankets for guests.The water views from the open floor plan and screened in porch makes this rental my favorite.Plenty of seating in the house & outside, great for family, friends & kids. “We stayed for 2 nights. The first night we were able to enjoy the pool. The host came out to turn on the slide and Bluetooth speakers. We were out until we had a late dinner. Quiet area. Worked out perfect for the Stranger Things tours in Atlanta and Jackson!”

“Had a great stay! The cottage was exceptionally clean and well maintained. Really appreciated the high quality bedding and bath towels. It was nice to have access to the pool which was also clean and beautiful.Enjoyed reading on the porch swing as well.Full washer dryer and detergent also provided. The host even had a basket of necessities in case you forgot. Would highly recommend staying if you’re in the area.”
