「Kitchen / diner area is a great space but the house is tired with walls missing paint, garden overgrown, most of the toilets have temperamental flushes and it doesn’t sleep ten as suggested. 9 people max which was a surprise when we arrived as a booking of ten. Owners did accommodate extra bedding when informed and the property is clean with good bedding and towels. 」

She has great knowledge of the surrounding area as we wanted to go walking and even emailed with an extra details. The guest to guest book was good giving information on successful trips by them. The bird seed was a lovely addition and we enjoyed seeing the local ones devour the food we had put out.」

「Lovely little cottage, perfect for a short stay (wish we had longer!) local to Oxford, Cotswolds & as a stopover from north to south as just off M40/A34.
Managed Ok even in hot weather as a fan provided & bathroom was fab. Would have been nice to be able to open up the rear door for patio breakfast rather than walk around the side but not there long enough to be an issue. Opposite the church so had a musical alarm call from the bells on a Sunday norning which was novel & as expected for village...
