“I arrived at the hotel around 6pm, I hadn't eaten all day and immediately asked if I could order some food, the receptionist said the restaurant closed at 5pm, despite the menu saying it's open until 7pm. Has breakfast delivered to my room, but no butter for the toast.

“Upon entering the room, I was immediately struck by a disappointing lack of cleanliness. The overall atmosphere made it clear that the space had not been properly cleaned before my arrival.
