The average online rate for those dates was about $160 per night, but I was charged $370 per night before taxes. From the start, we were placed in the South Tower. I was injured, and the walk from the parking lot to the pool (which my children wanted) was long. After returning cold and wet, the door wouldn’t open. “Too many ants in the room”

“It's an older building thats been nicely renovated. Can't do much with low ceilings though. Window units without a continuous fan option was the deal breaker. It was affordable, clean and comfortable enough for our one night stay. ”

“Room smelled like mildew and terribly musty. Door was kicked in like someone was kicking it constantly and wouldnt stop and you can see the outside through the seals. Tub didnt have a drain plug, tried calling front desk no one ever answered. Paid a deposit and a house cleaning fee, which was unacceptable especially for them not. Cleaning it or bringing clean sheets or wash cloths or towels. Our stay was horrible. The Chair had stains all over on it, the temotes didnt habe a back case on……

“The property location was nice – away from the hustle and bustle, but conveniently located a short drive from anywhere you might want to go. Breakfast was good. The room was clean. The air conditioner in the room kept us cool while it was running, but the room got very warm between cycles. The price of our stay was very good compared to other properties we considered. We would absolutely stay again.”

“Perfect location off the beaten path! Although the rooms are a bit dated, they are clean and comfortable with all the amenities needed for a stay in Branson. The bed was comfortable, pool and hot tub were great and our favorite part was the walking trail and picnic area to the side of the hotel. The views are amazing! We have saved in various areas of Branson but found where we will likely stay again and again!”

There are ice machine was broken on the first floor, and I couldn’t climb the stairs to get iced on the second floor since I’m disabled. The staff was very kind when I asked them to go and get me ice three days in a row. I felt bad, but it was a safety issue for me. But they were very kind and did it for me and I’m very grateful. I would suggest getting a nice machine for every floor so……
