「退房後十分可怕。一直質疑陽台少桌子，即使提供開箱房間的照片佐證，仍然一直信件稍擾，還好有錄影片，提供影片後持續以影片有病毒無法開啟，不堪其擾。最後又傳信件道歉打擾。其實，可以查監視錄影機，身為遊客究竟對陽台桌子能有什麼企圖？再者，桌子這種大件傢俱，當繳給租客時，怎麼會分不清有沒有這個傢俱呢？從上午8點多退房，被這種無聊問題騷擾到晚上11點多。感受十分不好」

「Nice apartment with walking distance to night bazaar. The host is friendly and helpful. Comfortable for long stay and definitely will stay again next time.」

「Great condo with separate living room. The room also had a washing machine. Very clean. Great location with a lot of parking space. We will comme again when we go back to Chiang Mai. We also recommend the beef noodle place in front of condo. 」

「准确的说，周边环境，方便程度都是可以的！但是由于是新建好的，所以卫生问题很大，房间中的味道也很大，如果是带孩子的绝对不推荐这里！浴巾在掉毛，热水器的热水调到最大也不算很热。电热水壶全新的没有处理过的，壶里味道很大，也许我是这个房间的第一名住客！」

「The owner is a very nice guy, as we are staying 10 days there, we requested for one time cleaning up and late checkout time, he immediately acknowledged and arranged it. We are very happy to stay there. Location is good, walking distance to Anusarn Market and other night markets nearby.」

「If you're looking for a memorable stay in Chiang Mai this is your spot. Great views of the city and a very modern spacious penthouse with outstanding rooftop. Everyone was very pleasant and it's centrally located to all the amenities in the area. The hostess was also excellent. Highly recommend staying here next time you visit Chiang Mai.」

The condo is very clean with all the amenities you need and more! Everything is within a short walking distance. Maya mall, One Nimman, Night markets, great restaurants, food stalls, coffee shops, 7-11's, etc. We highly recommend this condo to our friends and family. We've already booked our next Chiang Mai trip in this lovely condo again!」

「From the moment we inquired until the minute we left the communication with Lin was great. The property was located in a great area that was a short 20 minute drive to the airport and right down the street from the night bazaar. The condo was secure, clean and had everything we could want.」
