Just got back from a short stay at Vigilius Mountain Resort and it completely lived up to the hype. Taking the chair lift up to the hotel is such a cool experience, and the next one up to the hiking trails is incredibly serene — quiet, peaceful, and with some of the best views you’ll find anywhere. The food and wine were excellent, the staff were warm and attentive, and the whole place has this calm, design-driven atmosphere that feels both modern and timeless. The architecture and interiors are stunning — kind of like something straight out of Mad Men. Wish I’d stayed longer.

Wir waren schon häufig in diesem Hotel und wissen recht gut, was wir daran haben. Bislang hatten wir immer direkt über die homepage gebucht, nun das erste Mal über diese Seite. Mal abgesehen von der inzwischen offenbar chronisch unterbesetzten Rezeption, wurden wir nun sehr kalt empfangen und fühlten uns deutlich als Gäste zweiter Klasse. Das ist wirklich schade.
