Kamer niet al te groot, te weinig voorzieningen om bagage op te leggen. Onze kamer lag net aan de ijsmachine en dus constant geluidshinder. Ook veel lawaai van de kamer boven ons. Voldoende parkeerplaatsen. Ontbijt is heel slecht.

I picked this hotel and had high hopes. I didn’t want to go to a chain hotel while in Lancaster. There were several things I was not impressed with. I will say that the room is dated but I knew that going in and I was fine with it. Also, the bathroom was very clean . However, the room was musty. We checked in on Wednesday and came back Thursday night and Friday night with no changing of towels, bed made or rug vacuumed. My husband went down to the front desk and was told they only clean the room on a two day schedule so our room was not scheduled to be taken care of until Saturday. The towels were not changed out. I don’t mind using a towel for more than one day. However, there were no hooks on the bathroom door to hang the towels so we had towels trying to dry them all over the room. My husband spoke to the front desk and we were told we could request them and then throw the other ones outside the door, Then, at 2 a.m. in the morning a light shining on the parking lot came on and was shining right into the room. I understand the need for lights in parking lots but to come on at 2 a.m.???? Most people have already gone through the parking lot to get to their room. I will say the front desk clerks were all very pleasant. I won’t be staying here again and would not recommend it. Above there was a question about staff and service, I felt the staff at the front desk was more than pleasant and helpful. However, I didn’t feel the service was satisfactory.

Larger hotel than I thought. The restaurant was right next door. Continental breakfast was ok. The place had a "Cracker Barrel restaurant" vibe. The beds were comfortable. We didn't go into pool, though it was attached to our building.

I've stayed at this hotel many times and love it just as much. My nephews love this hotel too. There is always friendly and helpful staff. The rooms are nice and quiet and I feel safe that guests need to enter with their room key. Very safe.

This propertybis very cleand and homey. Very close to everything. Less than a 6 minute drive down the road to the outlets and restaurants. The pool was a nice touch just a little cold ( non heated) butb they do have a hot tub. Overall a great stay would stay again!

Staff was friendly Room was ok Bathroom- floor gets soaked taking shower,curtain does not stay closed,needed extra towels for floor. Toilet seat broke, unable to fix,staff not able to reach manager Door to room left open after housekeepinwas there. I was a little worried when I read reviews about a mold smell, but I was very pleased when I entered the room - it smelled fresh - looked clean - very large - no carpeting which I love - my mom especially loved the little outdoor porch with rocking chairs - we used the pool and hot tub - seemed very clean - only thing was that young kids are using the hot tub even though the posted sign says 15 and older - I blame the parents for that though - otherwise, we really liked it there and the restaurant right next door was excellent and would even deliver to the room - the property was much bigger than we thought from the photos. It's close to many restaurants, the outlets, and the Sight and Sound Theater, which we were there for. We loved the hotel and the show (Noah's Ark) - AMAZING!!!!! The lobby has fresh made popcorn and 24 hour coffee, tea and juice. The building we stayed a bit of a distance from the main lobby but we had the 24-hour coffee, tea and juice right down the hallway, as well as breakfast in the morning - cheese sticks, yogurt, little fruit cups, cold and hot cereal, excellent blueberry muffins, plain bagels with butter, jelly - even PB and cereal bars.

The property was quite nice and had a homey feel to it. The bathroom looked newer and was very clean. We had enough towels and extra pillows. The air-conditioning worked well which was nice on a very hot and humid day. The only thing i didnt like was the mattres. It was hard and needed to be rellplaced.

The shower had a good supply of hot water & looked updated. The bedroom however had a stale smell and the corner of the ceiling was cracked above the window. The beds were alittle uncomfortable.

Quaint hotel. Lobby was great. Free popcorn, options to have card games etc for the kids. Access to a dryer to dry swimwear quickly. Bathrooms newly renovated. Room and carpets need updating but clean and comfortable beds. Breakfast strictly continental- no waffles, eggs etc. but a nice selection for continental. I’d stay there again.

The hotel is homey. A tad outdated in the part we stayed but lived the look of reception area. Live they they have games and popcorn there. And tables where you can sit in the lobby to play games. Had a few issues with rooms, etc. but I would stay here again. The location is Great. Lots of shopping about 30 minutes away from the Largest l Buffet ( it was AMAZING!!!) and 13 minutes away from Sight and Sound.

Stayed 4 nights with husband, the location was great for our needs. The room was clean, and bed was very comfortable. Loved the rocking chairs outside of our room! We enjoyed the pool and hot tub, both very clean. Breakfast was typical continental, good for on the go, but there are several restaurants nearby as well. All of the staff were very friendly and accommodating. We will stay again.
