「Location to downtown was excellent. Parking in the lot next door was helpful. Communication was perfect. The coffee and tea selections were a very nice touch. However, while the place was basically as shown in the photos, what I was unable to ascertain from pictures prior to booking was how uncomfortable the furniture was or the fact that the bathroom is on a different level than the bedroom. 「This was our third trip to Lancaster, each time staying in this lovely home. There were 4 adults in our group and when we walked in the door and sat on the couch, we made the comment that we were home. The location is excellent as Kitchen Kettle Village and Sight and Sound are both about a 25 minute drive. The kitchen is well equipped, the home is clean and the host is quick to respond with any questions or concerns. We look forward to staying there again the next time we are in PA.」
