“If you can't speak very good English, it's better not to book this hotel. I experienced serious discrimination when I checked in. The reception guy were rude and impatient and seemed to use the guest's English proficiency to determine whether they needed to be treated politely or not. It's true that I can't communicate in English fluently, but I still want to be treated kindly. Maybe it's part of life, but I would also like to advise anyone who can't communicate in English to avoid booking this ……

“We always stay at the hotel. Its always clean and the staff are great and friendly. I loved, loved the smell as we walked in. We also like the fact that we can walk down to the vinyard. Just wish it didn't close on us at 3:00. And the trail leading to the vinyard needs some attention. Looks like it hasn't been touched in a long time. Used to have gravel on the walkway and there were rocks we used to sit on for photos. All covered. Not sure who keeps up with that, but could you pass the word on?”
