We‘ve booked 2 rooms for 2 each. None of the toom was prepared and one of the bed even had a filthy sheet as if someone with a big wound lied there before. The pillows were terrible. Barely empty and far from confortable. The hotel lies betwen the TÜV Center and the Autobahn in the middle of the industrial area. At least it had lots of space for parking and easy to find. Also positive we like say that the staff was very friendly and the sheets were changes immediately after we asked for it. Also the coffee was prety good.

We booked hotel in middle of November. Outside temperatures were 4-5degrees. After arriving to the room the window was open and no heating was on. Called front desk. Young lady came to our room with keys for 2 more rooms. All 3 room were the same; windows open and heating not working. I was cold in my winter jacket. We did not stay and did get a prompt refund. Only reason for not giving it 1 star is the young lady working front desk. She tried hard to do the best she could in that situation, great customer service

Great Hotel - excellent breakfast

Stayed again for a couple of nights at the Vienna House in Landsberg. As usual - it was a great stay - very friendly staff - helpful and knowledgeable. Great price/value for the room and excellent breakfast. Will be back when again in the area

Very clean, spacious room, comfortable bed, nice decoration. Great selection of breakfast bar. Convenient car parking outside the hotel. Bathroom bit old fashion as shower was part of the bath tub. Poor internet connection in the room.

Alles gut, tolles Hotel mit netten Personal. Liegt in einem Gewerbegebiet was nicht stört. Was mich ein wenig gestört hat war wenn man das Zimmer hinten raus hat doch ziemlich das rauschen der Autobahn hört. Aber wer mit Fenster zu zurecht kommt hat hier auch keine Probleme. Würde es wieder buchen!

Nettes Hotel mit Verbesserungspotential

Zimmer schön und geräumig allerdings mit Spinnweben unter der Decke. Leichter Schimmelansatz in den Silikonfugen im Bad. Wenn der Badlüfter angelaufen ist, hatte ich das Gefühl auf dem Dach landet ein Helikopter. Die Stornierung des Frühstücks für einen Morgen war leider nicht möglich und wurde trotzdem berechnet. Warum zahle ich als Gast extra Parkgebühren??? Geht gar nicht! Fenster nachts öffnen ist leider aufgrund des Autoverkehrs nicht empfehlenswert. Trotzdem nettes Servicepersonal und gutes Frühstück.
