What included in the voucher

The Hotels.com voucher stated that the spa is included however when approached them they said that we have only to see what are the facilities but we have to pay using the spa.

Stay on the sunny west coast of Cape Province

Beautiful stay with all recreational amenities within easy walking distance. However, the unit we stayed in is in need of refurbishment.

Club mykonos stay - exceeded expectations

I expected a 1-bedroom kaliva but was pleasantly surprised to be booked in 2-bedroom kaliva with 2 ensuites. My family of 4 had a brilliant time. The resort offers something for everyone- no matter the age. The kitchen and bathroom space was very small but there's no need to be in the kaliva, except to sleep. A great time was had and will definitely go again.

This place is very good for family and my kid enjoy a lot. But, unfortunately the units allocated to us is not so clean. Was hoping for better cleanness in reputed place like this. Overall satisfactory experience.

The unit was fine. Linen clean, nice view of the pool and great access to the beach and restaurant. Did not enjoy the overall atmosphere. Lots of children unruly shrieking day and night. Adults banging on doors to get in coming from the casino. The exterior floors and surrounds could do with a good clean. We moved to the Hillside preferred the next night and it was stunning.

convenient and safe hotel

It was awesome a bit windy but we made use of the indoor pool. The idea of my kids walking around without worrying about their safety is the best.

Below average

We stayed for four nights. The room was clean, but smelled of cigarettes and some sort of air deodorizer used to mask it. It was not terrible, but was annoying-since it was a non-smoking room. The beds were not very comfortable and the bath and shower design leaked water on the bathroom floor so it was quite wet. The room generally smacked of 'tired time-share'. It was priced OK so putting up with this sort of stuff is probably required.

Loosing thier touch

Overall the stay I'll rate as a 5 out of 10. The biggest challenges were on check-in with arrogance of check-in clerk not even looking into a placement request (ground floor unit requirement). More importantly their guest compliance with rules on establishment had almost zero enforcement with a few neighbors partying till 4-5am with no respite and no consideration for fellow quests. This had a major impact on us in achieving a peaceful holiday break away.
