Family holiday in Parma

House and in particular the gardens were beautiful. Everything you need for a comfortable and relaxed and welcoming stay is there. We were lucky with the weather and spent most of the time outside in the fabulous pool, on loungers inthe garden listening to the birdsong or eating in the outside dining area. Giorgio and Laura were wonderful hosts, attentive, detailed and communicative. Communication with overall property manager was less strong but nonetheless adequate. It was a wonderful stay for our family as we visited relatives in Parma and we will definitely be back! Thank you to Giorgio and Laura.

Heerlijk! Prachtig huis met groot zwembad en moderne buitenkeuken met grill en leuke lange tafel daarbij waar je met de hele familie kan eten ‘s middags en ‘s avonds. Mooie tuin, rustig slapen, goede badkamers, eerste dag een geurtje dat na een dag verdwenen was. Drie salons, grote keuken binnen waar we met elven nog veel plaats overhadden. Goed en groot fornuis (1 bekken werkt niet goed maar er blijven er nog 5 over, brede oven wat handig is als je voor de hele familie kookt. Het was een heerlijke vakantieweek met kinderen en kleinkinderen. Alleen: vertrouw Google Maps niet!! Neem gewoon de afrit in Fornova en volg de grote weg tot in Calestano, waar je rond de rotonde rijdt en de SP 15 nog 15 minuten volgt tot in Marzolara. Anders stuurt de GPS iedereen langs kerkwegels en over droge beddingen!!!

Tolles Ferienhaus mit traumhaften Außenbereich

Wir waren mit 6 Erwachsenen und 2 Kindern eine Woche in dem Ferienhaus und haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen! Der Außenbereich mit dem Pool, den Liegen und dem schönen Garten war ein Highlight und wir haben uns jeden Morgen gefreut, den ersten Kaffee des Tages bei Sonnenschein mit Grillengezirpe draußen zu genießen. Das Haus im Innern ist sehr charmant und selbst nach einer Woche hat man noch nicht alle Kunstwerke entdeckt. Die Küche ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man so brauchen könnte, und wir haben abends gerne in der gemütlichen Küche oder im Außenbereich zusammen gesessen und gegessen.Die Kommunikation mit den Gastgebern lief reibungslos und wir haben uns zu jeder Zeit gut betreut gefühlt.Für unser Familientreffen war das Haus genau das Richtige und wir empfehlen es gerne weiter!

Sehr schöne Villa

Sehr schöne und saubere Villa mit schönem Pool und zusätzlicher Aussenküche die in einem separaten Bereich untergebracht ist. Dort angrenzend der große Essbereich im Freien. Ideal für Frühstück und einen kleinen Mittagssnack. So musste man nicht immer ins Haupt Haus. Es gab auch einen Gasgrill für BBQ. Die Villa ist mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Es hängen viele Teller an der Wand und es gibt schöne große Spiegel. Daher ist es für Familien mit Kleinkindern vielleicht nicht ganz so geeignet. Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfingen von den Gastgebern. Pool wurde alle 2 Tage gereinigt. Was ausreichend war. Haus ist komplett eingezäunt was ideal für Hundebesitzer ist. Wir hatten dort 2 schöne Urlaubswochen verbracht.
