Breakfast was excellent all round. Staff were great, more than ample choice of cereal, juices and hot food. Toaster was a bit slow! Only disappointment of whole stay was the evening meal menu - could not buy a steak or a schnitzel! Limited choice - we didn't go back the second night. Up market fine ...

Hosts were absent as it was harvesting time. Arrived during cellar opening time but no one was around. So our much anticipated wine tasting didn’t happen. There was a sign that stated no walking in the vineyard so we out in the boonies with nothing to do. I would have loved to walk the vineyards ...

Lovely cottage, clean, quiet and comfortable. Well appointed with double hotplate, toaster, bbq, air fryer and other appliances. Similarly pots, pans and cutlery well catered as well as bathroom toiletries and cleaning agents. Very homely with a nice yard. All good.
