"Clean room but next to gaming center- some noise throughout night due to location"

"We would have had a great experience if we had not been treated so poorly by Katrina, the employee hosting the entrance of the hotel. We had purchased breakfast, but the kitchen was closed in the morning due to the winter blizzard. I entered the dining area and apparently I had crossed some line I was not supposed to behind the counter. She immediately began yelling at me and telling me that I could not have any breakfast. I told her she was rude and should have approached the situation differently and she replied that it was only my perception. A great experience was ruined by her and unfortunately we will not be back. We come frequently in the winter and have stayed at other hotels and will not be coming back:-("

"The walls were kinda thin, I could hear the guy next to us laughing late at night while trying to fall asleep. When in the hall I could hear muffles from the rooms. Overall a great hotel. Would stay here again, just bring ear plugs or a white noise machine. "

"The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. Parking was safe and easily to enter thru side doors."

"Found dirty laundry in the corner. Just leaves you feeling like the room is not clean. While at the front desk, another guest brought out food that had been left in their refrigerator. "

"Close parking and rooms were VERY clean. I loved the comfy mattress and pillows. Did not care for the chlorine smell when first walking in, but I understand with an indoor pool, that cant be helped. The smell did not permeate into the rooms. "
