Make sure you have phone service in Canada, or detailed directions to the property as it is hard to find - the street it is on is broken up into a number of sections (non-contiguous). 」

「This is a lovely property and the bedrooms and bathroom are quite spacious. It is part of a large home and has its own entry door. The unit is only separated from the main house by locked doors, so there is little sound abatement. We weren't expecting to hear so much noise from the resident family (doors slamming and children squealing). Also, there is no sink in the kitchen area, so preparing food would be a challenge. The location is great. 」
