「Basic small room with ultra small ensuite on 2nd floor, no lift for heavy luggage. Bed reasonably comfortable although just big enough for two Adults. Sink in Ensuite barley big enough to wash hands and water pressure to high so splashes over floor. Just passable for an overnight stop, but would suggest a larger room if you value space to move freely. Breakfast brought to your room which was a bit of a squeeze but it was cooked well and was thoughly enjoyed.」

「What a truly lovely B&B with the owners James and Katherine being exceptionally helpful and very welcoming. The room was very quaint and comfortable and the breakfast was delicious. Would definitely stay again if we’re in the area.」

「For: Genuine and friendly welcome. Room small but had everything needed - including a small fridge which is unusual and very welcome. Was clean and well stocked and serviced daily. A few minutes walk to the beach at the end of the road. Breakfast was superb and freshly cooked to order. They also do evening meals on request though we didn’t try these. Against: We were in room 1 on the ground floor - facing the road. The number of noisy boy racers and unsilenced motorbikes were a pain...

「Sue and Graham are such wonderful and welcoming hosts. The property has so much character, well maintained and very clean. Other than the weak wifi connection in the room, everything else was excellent. The breakfast in the morning was a really highlight - great options for vegetarians and pescatarian alike. Would highly recommend!」
