"Room was insanely dirty had cobwebs in the bathroom and a/c areas floor was so dirty had to put on my shoes on to walk around , staff was pretty nice , sheets were dirty just all around dirty. "

"This place was really great. Plenty of room and all the necessary amenities. The Stagecoach lift is a slight walk, but not much more than if you were parked at the end of the parking lot. It’s very convenient. Not only that, the parking at Stagecoach is free and during the week, it doesn’t fill up, so easy enough to go park a little closer. The condo itself was really nice, big TVs in every room, temperature was good, the beds were comfortable. Also, the staircase to the condo is covered. Makes it very nice for when it snows. Overall, very nice. "

"Terrific location and well-maintained property! All the features in the property were as descibed. It made for a optimal spot for gathering with friends, skiing, and exploring South Lake Tahoe. The host, Jane, was very helpful and responded to questions quickly. Our experience there was very positive; highly recommended!"

"There are absolutely no ADA devices like hand rails next to any shower, tub or toilet as required by law. There are no non slip shower or tub floors (or stickers that accomplish the same thing), the toilets are so low that I honestly think you bought them on sale at a preschool closure. The hand rails into the spas were loose and swung around when you gripped them. There were broken and missing tiles surrounding the pool and spas that were a hazard. None of the piping hot water outlets into the pool or spas are marked or painted. They blend in totally as they’re the same color as the walls. We literally watched a three year old child receive second degree burns when he inadvertently waded by one of them. He screamed for twenty minutes and the staff were like “oh well, it’s a hot spring!” This was ridiculous! Dinner was excellent, but a 3 1/2 hour ordeal. The dining room was overbooked, there were only 2 servers working the floor, and we waited 20 minutes for every request: drink menu after we were seated…water refill…ordering…desert…waiting for our check…it was INTERMINABLE!! In addition, there was a very large party that was allowed to drunkenly sing throughout their dinner while staff did nothing to shut them up. Despite the cleanliness , the friendliness of staff and the gorgeous views, there is a definite sense of neglect and lack of consideration by management and/or owners for their customers safety and well being. I’ll NEVER stay here again. "

"The convenience of being right next to Stagecoach chairlift can't be beat! We had a group of high-schoolers with us and they could ski (or not) as they wanted. The loft area was great for them to hang out. The dining and living room area was nice for us to all be together at meal times.There are a lot of stairs to go up and down, and if you're coming with more than one car be sure to clarify with the owner how/where you will park the second vehicle. There were a few minor and easily fixed issues with the place (e.g. not enough silverware), but those didn't get in the way of a great week skiing and spending time together!"
