"What a wonderful bed and breakfast! The setting (across the park from a beautiful "castle" (historic mansion)) is peaceful and lovely; the owners are knowledgeable, friendly, and accommodating; and the bedrooms are comfortable and clean."

"I spent an amazing night in this hotel. Clean room, great bed and clean bed linen. I was pleasantly surprised to find that there is soap and shampoo for a shower in the bathroom, as well as a toothbrush and toothpaste and towels. I recommend and will be back soon."

"Schönes Zimmer mit antiken Möbeln. Das ganze Hotel hat wunderschöne Bilder von Künstlern aus der Region an den Wänden. Man spürt in jedem Winkel das Wirken der Künstlerkolonie. Nebenan der Barkenhof ist ein Besuch wert. Wir sind sehr oft in Worpswede, weil wir den Ort so lieben. "

"Sadly the restaurant takes it down a notch. No clear direction on where to go to get there and the servers felt confused but they where nice. The food was good though. We must also have had some elephants sleeping above us but that is not the Hotels fault 😅"
