Dream away in Langweer ....
What a treat it is to spend your holiday in the Zilverreiger. You have a view of the beautiful water from the entire living floor. Watervilla de Zilverreiger is located in Langweer, a nice centrally located village in the Frisian lake area, also called the water sports heart of Friesland. The villa is located on the most famous waterways of Friesland. The holiday home has just been redecorated with a nice, fresh and cozy interior, there is a modern kitchen and comfortable beds. The house is suitable for 6 people and is located in a small-scale park on the Langweerder Wielen. From the Zilverreiger it is a 2-minute walk to a small, nice beach on the lake. After an active day on the water, you can walk straight from your holiday home into the village for a snack or drink in one of the cozy restaurants or bars.
Layout holiday home
On the ground floor there is the cosy, bright living room with a nice seating area, the open, complete, modern kitchen and the dining table. Through the many large windows, you can look out over the water from almost anywhere and you can step onto the spacious terrace with garden furniture. The first bedroom with a double bed, the first bathroom with a sink, a bath with shower and the separate toilet are also located on the ground floor. On the first floor there are two bedrooms, each with two single beds, and the second bathroom. The bathroom has a sink, a shower and a toilet. You can park two cars in front of the house.
Environment
Langweer is an active area and not just for water sports enthusiasts. Cyclists and hikers can also start a beautiful route through the green landscape of Friesland directly from the park. You can experience even more water fun in the subtropical swimming pool 'Swimfun' in Joure or in the sauna 'de Woudfennen'. You can play golf at 'Burggolf St. Nicolaasga' and when the weather is bad you can go indoor skiing, ice skating or visit a museum.
You can rent sloops in Langweer, a few hundred meters from the park. From your jetty, you sail to the Langweerder Wielen and from there the Fleussen, Slotermeer and Seekermeer are easy to navigate. During a trip you can enjoy beautiful nature interspersed with characteristic villages and old city centers.
