“Food was good and the beds are very comfortable”

“I paid my reservation,but when I got there midnight,they said they didn't have room available.Terrible attitude,they don't care where I can sleep.I tried many phone calls to find a room,all failed.Terrible,terrible experience.I used to have a very good impression with Hampton,now I feel disgusting.”

“The hotel was excellent—honestly, the room felt very cozy. However, for a group of five people, the sofa bed is quite uncomfortable. The service was top-notch, and the room cleaning and upkeep were of high quality. That said, the bathroom could use a bit more attention to detail. Everything was in place and fully stocked, but it lacked thorough cleaning, especially in the shower area. On the other hand, the included breakfast was outstanding and of very high quality. Overall, despite a few areas……

“Hotel was very clean. Staff went above and beyond to make sure our stay was great. Very conveniently located to restaurants. The pool goes to 8 1/2 feet deep, which is amazing for a hotel pool. Very nice property outside with many features to relax. ”

“It Smelled as soon as you walked in front doors… It was filthy there’s construction going on and it looks like a construction site stuff all over the floors in the elevator. Inside the room, thank goodness the beds were firm. The shower was not clean properly. There was someone else’s hair all over it. Would definitely not recommend or stay there again”

“The check in personnel was inadequately trained and had to phone someone to help check me in. The room I booked wasn't available, and the only ones they had were not clean (@ 10:30 pm at night, seems someone wasn't doing their job that day). I was offered a lessor room, and since I had been driving for 5 hours to get here, I needed a room. They didn't offer to compensate me for the difference or even suggest any future comps on my next stay. ”
