Ever wanted to get rid of from all the stress, that the daily life provides you?

We offer you a place in the middle of the forest, in a place where you could relax and recharge your energy with your family and friends. It has a natural spirit because the place is surrounded by telmological Svencelė reserve. You will have a 300m² house for your own care. I offer you spacious rooms, private parking. Just imagine tempting smell coming out from cozy dinner table where you and your family are sharing warm stories in candle light.

HOUSE:
On the ground floor there are four separate rooms. In first one you will find a bedroom with double bed. In second one there is a shower and WC. In the third room the pool and sauna are located. Sauna for extra cost, and pool are not heated. In the fourth room double bed with tall ceiling. In the corridor table tennis, which you can carry to any room or outside.

On the second floor we have four rooms. First room is spacious and cozy kitchen with big dinning table for six-eight people and all the kicthens tools, fridge, oven, kettle, cooker and private mini bar where you can serve yourself for a drink. Next room is a double-bed bedroom with large wardrobe and private bathroom. Through the windows of almost every room you can see the manor yard. The last room is large luxury room with comfortable soft seats, hanging luminaires and usually it is closed. We open it only after signing separate agreement, when guests orders a dinner. We take care of all the necessary attributes, decorations, entertainment and food. On the third floor there is two private rooms and hall. In the hall there is a big sofa to lay down and a bookshelf. In one private room there is one single bed. And in another one we have two separate beds bedroom. In hall there is TV surround system, playstation 4 and games, because.

SURROUNDINGS
The house is surrounded by forest, and beautiful large garden, where you can taste real eco apples, pears, plums. Or just sit with morning coffee and enjoy the natural beauty and have some time for your own. Nearby there are another summer house, where sometimes stays owners for summer time. There is comfortable seats fireplace, barbecue - everything you need for recreation in nature. In the estate we have chicken, dogs, cat, so we are really pet-friendly. House is 50metres away from river where you can fish or swim with boat or kayaks. Each location in area will offer you peace of mind and spectacular views of mature nature. Outside we have friendly dogs sometimes they bark as dogs do so if you are not scared of dogs you are welcome. ( they are not free in territory, we hold them inside )

WHAT CAN YOU USE

You will be able to use :
You can use the whole house and the equipment which is inside it and go where ever you like. Feel like at home. Use garden, say hello to animals, breathe in some fresh air and relax.
You can use barbeque, sitting place, parking.
In the house we have few rooms which are closed and open only on request. On the ground floor sauna ( which we turn on for extra pay ) and in the second floor - room for dinner.

AROUND US:
Our house is near Svencelė. This place is most known as the best place for kitesurfing, so our house can be your residence for summer, as Svencelė is located 5 kilometers away from our apartments.

We live near the river named Vilhelmo kanalas which intersect with Minija, one of the biggest rivers in Lithuania. Therefore, we can take you anywhere by motorboat.

By the river you can reach any destination with your motorboat , kayaks. Also, we can organise you a bigger boat for any amount of people.

Nearby the house the big reserve of Svencele is located. From here you can easily reach beautiful forest in order to walk or to take a good photo.

City of Dreverna has a yacht club, little port and a lot of activities to offer.


We live near The Curonian Spit-Kuršių Nerija.In order to get into Curonian Spit, you just need to cross Curonian lagoon with motorboat or ferry. You can find these vehicles in Dreverna.

There is a good accesibility to other villages/cities. We have a well-developed road infrastructure for bicycles. We rent them too.
