"Perfect: great value for money, a bit outside Lille / Roubaix and free/ safe parking which was very important to me. Room clean and quiet as well as comfortable. Would definitely recommend for a short stay (2 nights for us). Was helping my kids move out of their flats from UNI."

"Everything was great. Nice clean modern rooms, secure parking and a great breakfast all for a bargain price. 10/10. There is a great pub/bar called ‘Becane’ a short walk away. Well worth a visit if you like beer!"

"Nice and clean convenient hotel. Good location to concert we were attending. Good bathroom with bath and shower and comfortable bed."

"Hotel is in the heart of Roubaix by the train station. Roubaix is a small town but it was a pit stop for us between Paris and Amsterdam. Hotel uses automated check in via machine which was relatively straightforward for us, offers street parking, and additional fees for breakfast (despite B&B name). "Clean, modern accommodation. Staff were extremely helpful and provided a very nice breakfast."

"Good location near the stadium, spacious room and quiet hotel."

"Top hotel, great for families"

"A functional if charmless aparthotel in a seedy part of town and in a modern office block overlooking the autoroute. Conveniently situated just a short walk from the metro station Madeleine Caulier which is just one stop from the main hub Lille Flandres and two stops from Rihour (old town) and Lille Europe. Clean spacious room with modern shower room and kitchen facilities."

"Staff were brilliant, hotel was nice and simple "

"This motel like hotel was very clean and comfy."

"Clean room, great people"

"Everything quick and personnel friendly "

"Spacious room, nice breakfast, and wonderful proximity to train station."

"Net good"

"Great stay .. !"

"Well located next to stations so much better for business trips than anything else. The hotel itself is clean and well maintained, as are the rooms. Breakfast was good and there is a variety of options available. The one thing I'd do is in larger rooms add a sofa or something as the room feels very empty and therefore less welcoming given the fact that it's large but empty."
