“Extremely clean house that feels bigger in person. Everything was perfect. Communication was lightning fast and accurate.You’re 50 yards from the MTV Jersey Shore house and Shore Store.Fun time. Free beach access on beautiful white sand beach. Wagon and beach chairs provided.You won’t be disappointed!”

“The house and hosts are top notch! Perfect beach house with everything you need, including beach tags, beach wagon, outdoor shower, beach umbrella and two beach cruiser bicycles. The kitchen is well stocked and very clean. Hosts Gail and Don are very nice and friendly. The house itself has a beautiful private backyard with lovely trees, plants and flowers. “Great communication, smooth check in. Nice location a little away from beach & boardwalk, but still very walkable. Groceries & beer/ wine/ spirits also very convenient.As stated in the listing, the deck is shared, and this cottage has only one entrance onto the deck, so if privacy is priority, you might want to look elsewhere. “The best part about our stay was the private beach access. While the house was cute and what you’d generally expect for a beach house, there were a number of things that were disappointing given the price of the rental. For example, it was advertised that there was a washing machine but you couldn’t load the detergent. One of the air vents was taped into the wall (otherwise it fell out) and it was difficult to open/lock some of the doors.”
