Hotel was very run down, spooky, no waste paper baskets in room, torn and shredded comforter on bed, worn and Stained comforters. Carpet not swept with food debris on floor. Several Roach traps behind furniture.

Mice running around in the lobby. Bathroom not fully stocked. When I went to the desk and asked for tissues, they replied not provided. Not that they ran out, not provided. Really? Would have been nice if the website said the town was providing housing vouchers for homeless people to live there. Room stunk of cigarettes. Luckily on top floor so we could open the windows to air out the room. Elevator was a death trap. Clunking the whole ride and doors shaking.

The first room I stayed in had bed bugs and I needed to change rooms. I paid ahead of time and the establishment tried to charge me again after I stayed there for one night already. I had to explain multiple times that I paid ahead of time.

This is either the best find, price-wise or one of the scariest hotels in the area. You can tell that this used to be a thriving location. It has all of the amenities and layout of a 4-star hotel. It currently looks like the owners have ran out of money to afford the upkeep of the business. There is no cable television or WIFI, no pool, closed restaurant and bar, meaning no breakfast or meals. There are no parking lot lights, all bulbs are blown. Most people that stay there, all park in like 12 spots that are along the front dark lot. I wish I knew what the plans for this business are. I will say that the room that I stayed in for the weekend was pretty clean and did not smell. So, like I said, I don't know if this an exceptional budget find or the scariest hotel in Lansing. I wish they would fix it up. As someone who specializes in CRE, you do have to invest some money to make money.

It was clean but they had an ant and small roach problem on the 5th floor. The fact that the pool and bar and lounge are closed is sad plus no wifi when all those things are advertised is not good but overall it's a great place

This place is a joke. No amenities, I had warn almost cold water to shower with, I killed 2 roaches in a 3 day stay. I was on the 5th floor the wifi did not work up there. It was so many people in the lobby using the wifi because it didn't reach to folks room. The blanket on top felt like paper. The air barley worked.

I liked how clean it was but as far as price it could have been lower considering I saw a few roaches in my room and there was none of the things available that was offered like breakfast and everything else was closed ( pool, bar, lounge) no ice available no vending machines and they offered wifi and they had none and you won't know until you check in. But overall now that I know this I will still recommend it
