We love staying at Springhill Suites. The rooms are large and comfortable. There was a musty smell in our room, not too bad, but noticeable upon entering. The hot tub was not working. The staff was very helpful.

Second time staying here. Staff was extremely helpful both times. This room was much nicer, better layout, and cleaner and quieter than the last stay. And the pool was functioning this time. Unsure why there are approximately six shipping/storage containers towards the back of the property with weeds growing around them. One was placed in the parking lot. An eyesore for sure. Also there is a cement pad outside of one of the side doors that needs replacing; it's an accident waiting to happen.

Everything was great aside from not getting any housekeeping. I was specifically asked if I wanted housekeeping during my stay and I said yes please. My trash was never emptied so I set it outside my door and it sat in the hallway all weekend, along with other hotel guest’s trash. That part was frustrating but the hotel was really overall fantastic! Front desk staff were super nice as well! Parking was easy and close to the front door.
