La Paillotte and La Petite Paillotte provide a relaxing and comfortable home-from-home in a peaceful village five minutes from Semur-en Auxois, a medieval market town.

Sleeping up to 14 in total, with a combination of double and single beds, the houses are comfortable and fully equipped making them ideal for families or groups of friends holidaying together. The houses have well stocked kitchens and a large BBQ is supplied. There is room for everyone to dine together in La Paillotte's large dining room (an extra table can be brought in from the terrace) or on its generous wooden terrace with views across the valley. La Petite Paillotte has a shaded terrace for use on hotter days. For chillier days, La Paillotte has an open fire and La Petite Paillotte has a wood burner and ample wood is supplied.

The garden is fully enclosed and the swimming pool is surrounded by a security fence. A cot can be provided and dogs are allowed by prior arrangement. The terrace, garden and swimming pool all offer exceptional views across the Brenne valley.

There is room to park 4/5 cars off street and space to turn cars around.

Board games and jigsaws are provided in both houses, garden games and pool inflatables are supplied and there is a well equipped play room in La Petite Paillotte including a 7ft billiards table that converts to a table tennis table.

Fast WiFi and excellent mobile phone reception enable you to stay in touch with the outside world.
