Excellent location! Old Historic Hotel? Breakfast was very good with attentive staff. Bellman very good. Front desk staff need to be more attentive to the customer. Room was very nice except the mattress was low and lumpy, Bathtub shower was good. Let cation was perfect!

Rooms were very clean, with the mattress looking brand new. Staff were very friendly and spoke English as well as Italian and very helpful. Breakfast was fantastic and well worth it to start our day.

Hive was a perfect location for us. Walkable from the train station even with luggage. Note: the sidewalks are uneven. We walked every where. The location was perfect 2 min walk to the spanish steps restaurant and shopping was downstairs on the same block. The room was small but perfect for my wife and i. The checking process was easy. Will definitely stay there when i go back to Rome.
