Fantastic villa

Villa was exactly as described, very clean and in a quiet but ideal location to shops, restaurants and beach. Outside area was perfect and the extremely clean and warm pool was exceptional. Many thanks to Carlos who only to happy to help.

Would highly recommend to friends and family

Pros: House was very clean, and secure if you have a car you have your own security gate to park it off road. Shops nearby for emergency supplies and only 10 minutes away from beach, restaurants and fuel station if needed. Pool very clean and so is garden for you to sit out in. All amenities needed supplied inside like WiFi, dishwasher, washer and drier. Cons: Nothing. We will be going back for sure.

Not the one I booked! Smell of drains in bathroom, tv was ipv/smarters not satellite it didn’t work anyway, no villa information lots of simple things missing! Would never stay again!!!

Man sollte nicht zu hohe Erwartungen haben, dann ist alles gut. Defekt an der Außendusche wurde umgehend behoben. Das Haus könnte etwas mehr handwerkliche Betreuung und eine bessere Küchenausstattung vertragen.

Ruhige Lage, toller Pool

Pros: Gut gefallen hat uns die angenehme Größe der Villa Atilana (ehemals Casa Dek), die gute Raumaufteilung und das man direkt am Haus parken kann. Ein nicht funktionierender Safe wurde umgehend erneuert, die Kommunikation mit dem Besitzer klappt sehr gut und er ist sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich! Insgesamt hatten wir nach kleinen Startschwierigkeiten einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt. Einmal in der Woche ist ein freundliches und fröhliches Putzteam gekommen und ein Poolboy war auch regelmäßig da. Der Pool ist übrigens sehr schön und gepflegt und hat eine sehr gute Größe! Rundherum ums Haus und auf den Gehwegen draussen war es im großen und ganzen sauber, das kennen wir aus anderen Gegenden in Playa Blanca anders und waren hier angenehm überrascht. Auf der Terrasse ist ein zweiter TV - TV haben wir aber die ganze Zeit gar nicht genutzt daher können wir dazu nichts schreiben. Die Couch-Ecke auf der Terrasse haben wir viel genutzt! Das WLAN ist richtig gut und schnell. Cons: Weniger Gefallen hat uns: es ist alles etwas renovierungsbedürftig. Da es neue Besitzer zu geben sein scheint, ist auch schon vor unserer Ankunft einiges passiert und ausgebessert worden und das wird auch weiter gepflegt werden. Wir haben die ersten Tage mit sehr unangenehmem Farbgeruch gekämpft, uns damit aber arrangiert. Gleichfalls ein unangenehmer Abflussgeruch im kleinen Bad. Der Kunstrasen war nicht so unser Ding, aber das ist eindeutig Geschmacksache.
