“They offered us a fully new renovated room however was in front of hotel entrance. We saw ocean view from an angle. The non smoking room we asked was fine but 2 neighbors smoked. Biggest issue. No beach!!!!!! Lots of pools and hotel is more for families. Restaurants closed ala carte. Italian restaurant disorganized and food was awful. We left after 2 bites. Buffet closes at 9:30 pm they clear up at 9. Day buffet opens 12;30 and closes 2. No food left for late birds that go to beaches……
