The hotel was easy to get to from the airport. The area surrounding the hotel was very noisy and we could hear everything happening outside during the night (including cockerels going non-stop, which was funny at first). The floors were quite dirty (we noticed after walking around barefoot) but the rest of the room was clean including the bathroom. The room came with complimentary water which was great, and the AC worked without issue. The hotel staff were very friendly and arranged airport transfer for us the following day.

Nice and clean comfy bed and make the beds everyday which is best staff are knowledgeable and courteous, shuttle van pick up and drop off to airport which is the best. Thank you from all of us has booked 4 rooms for a 5 nights stay

- I booked this hotel for its free irport shuttle but no one picked me up at the airport. The staff at reception told me when asked that it was overlooked. - I was in room 201 and I woke up past midnight from motorcycles noise. - No elevator so I was forced to ask help from staff with my luggage - and tip - Room was a good size but no space to open 2 luggages - Room was clean - Left early the next day and staff packed me breakfast

Great value. Very nice staff. Room is decent. Free airport shuttle. Free breakfast. Located across from restaurants and shopping. I felt safe walking around at night. I recommend it if you're on a budget.

I did not receive an upgread because have never asked for any. As a retired hospitality executive, I am perfectly happy with the commodations I paid for. The staff was great, Rachel and Angel were especially helpful. The driver who picked us up the airport is always a pleasure. The housekeeper, restaurant, and doorman. Please give them our takes for making our stay warm and pleasant.
