It was fine, comfortable and enjoying. The only thing that annoyed me is that they didn't respect the price provided by the hotels.com without any reason. But i stuck into my travel reservation and they accpeted it finally with 15 euros more after i called the manager.

The only thing that can deserve a star in this place is the view of the sea, as it is located on all coasts. The place is not organized in terms of dealing and satisfying customers, the first of which is the manager who deals with arrogance and lack of customer service, so you find him crowding with customers in the restaurant to eat instead of making sure of their satisfaction. The food is poor and tasteless, more than that there is a Shortage of mineral water.. I drove for half an hour to get some water! Someone who calls himself Yusuf at the bar . I asked him if I could have 5 small bottles of water. His answer was rude: How much are you!!!! The next day I asked him if I could have a cup of coffee, he replied that the coffee machine was out-of-service, unbelievable!!!! They always make you feel that you are not welcomed to this place! the entertainment team not knowledgeable I don’t recommend this place to anyone !

Le petit déjeuner qui devrait être un de plaisir pour bien commencer une journée de travail était décevant. Personnel arrivé une demi-heure en retard et à 08:15, rien n’était prêt. Aucune mesure d’hygiène: le monsieur censé préparer une omelette était énervé d’avance a oublié de mettre sa tenue de travail, très peu de chose et mauvaise qualité, on mange mieux dans un souk. Franchement, très loin de ce que cet hôtel prétend! Quel dommage !

Hôtel avec beaucoup de potentialités mais comme d’habitude, le service de la restauration n’était pas au rendez vous. C’est la 4ème goud qu’on vient ici parce qu’on avait pensé que le changement de l’exploitant et l’augmentation des prix allaient améliorer la restauration mais ce ne fut pas le cas. L’équipe a encore beaucoup à apprendre des professionnels de l’all inclusive de Marrakech. Le restaurant est sous dimensionné par rapport à l’afflux qu’a connu l’hôtel pendant l’aid et l’équipe n’est pas très expérimentée. C’est dommage pour ce lieu qui a énormément d’atouts (situation notamment par rapport à Rabat, Meknes et Fes, plage) mais dont le service illustre quelques raisons de l’échec du plan Azur...

Worst hotel experience....avoid at all costs

Worst hotel experience i have ever had...had to leave after 4 days because the hotel did not provide basic room cleaning services, not even clean towels or toiletries, avoid at all costs.

una pena, tenian suspendida la calefaccion y la pileta cubierta, asi como la mayoria de las actividades del aal inclusive. Al dia siguiente de nuestra llegada dejo de funcionar internet. El restaurant muy bueno. La atencion en la recepción fue malísima, se nos reían en la cara cuando consultábamos por la calefaccion o el internet. Nos quisieron cobrar el uso de la pileta. La unica excepción en la atencion fue la sra. Wizal( no se si esta bien escrito) que intento que no la pasemos tan mal y nos trato como corresponde. el lugar y el hotel son muy lindos lastima que no hagan el mantenimiento correspondiente del hotel. Durante invierno, si no van a atender como corresponde es preferible que lo cierren. En vez de dias de relax, tuvimos dias de padecimiento.Ademas nos pusimos en contacto con Hoteles desde nuestra llegada, por los inconvenientes y tardaron dos días en solucionar nuestro problema y tuvimos que llamar al menos 4 veces durante nuestra estancia en el hotel.

Chambre vendue avec golf. La vue réelle ocultée par une grande tente laterale et un parking Petit déjeuner decevant avec tres peu de choix. Les horaires d’ouverture ne sont pas respectés.

"Lixus"mesmo!

Chegámos ao hotel às 9:30 da noite, depois de uma longa viagem e o nosso quarto ainda não estava arrumado. Foi limpo à pressa e, como consequência, a casa de banho não estava em condições. Exigimos mudar para outro quarto mais limpo. Acederam, relutantes, ao nosso pedido. Era o mínimo! Quanto às refeições, não tenho palavras! Uma confusão, ninguém para nos ajudar, tudo muito sujo, funcionários incompetentes, incapazes de levantar as mesas e manter a sala minimamente limpa. A pouca comida que ainda havia, era má. O cenário ao pequeno almoço foi igual. É lamentável que um hotel com este potencial, não tenha ninguém à altura para lhe dar qualidade. Felizmente foi só uma noite!
