Also no safe but very secure door.Guglielmo is very helpful and any problems get in touch with him and he will help. Dont get a taxi from airport take the T2 tram travelling to University for 1 70 to Belvedere stop and apartment 200 metres from there. Bars at end of road but 15 minute walk takes you into centre.If you need to leave luggage before going home take your luggage……

“We were able to communicate no problem making check in smooth. The apartment was perfect for our family of 4. We loved the open space and amazing views of Florence city center. It was a bummer that the outdoor cushions had been left out in the rain so we couldn’t sit on them after the rain had stopped. Maybe a cover for the out door furniture but I’m sure that’s hard with the wind being an issue on the top floor. Super clean and well kept. Just a note that if you are planning on doing laundry……
