Traje a mi perrito y había otros huéspedes con mascotas. En cuanto al estacionamiento, está bien y siempre tiene iluminación por todos lados.”

“The service is very poor, and the whole building is closed! The air conditioner is very cold! If you are not allowed to transfer, you will be fined 250 dollars. This fine and that fine are simply stealing money. Cheap is cheap, but there are too many other expenses.”

“Make sure to have managers overnight phone number before they closed the reception because we had a situation after midnight and they were unavailable to help. They say that the overnight manager phones number was on reception and guess what?? Was closed. We were unable to get phones number. Hopefully another guest help with the situation. The place is great.”

“We had a good stay. Having a refrigerator and small range was very convenient. It’s in a good location but you do have to go through some winding roads to get there so I would suggest arriving while it’s still daylight when you first arrive. The staff was very helpful.”

“La limpieza bien, recomiendo que halla microondas por cada habitación ya que hay nevera pero entonces si uno anda con niños y hay que calentar alguna comida no hay donde calentar la misma. En el área de la piscina la fuente no funcionaba y no hay ninguna área con sombra ni ninguna sombrilla al menos en las mesas de la piscina. Por lo demás bien.”

“Unfortunately I was only able to stay for one Night because my son fractured his foot the same night we arrived to Puerto Rico, although I was scheduled for 5 days. I did try to get a different room because although I had scheduled my room in mid-February, we were assigned the very last room in the hotel and if you’ve been here before, you know it’s quite a walk and a hike just to get to the pool let alone the main office. I was very disappointed by this because I had scheduled this vacation so……

“Our stay at Aguadilla Surf Lodge was amazing. Unfortunately, their sister property, Bella Surf Lodge, provided us with false information when we called two nights before our arrival. Sadly, this is not the first time Bella Surf Lodge has disappointed us. That said, Aguadilla Surf Lodge exceeded our expectations. The property was quiet, beautiful, and very spacious. The General Manager, Antonio, was beyond amazing. He wears many hats—not only serving as manager, but also acting as concierge,……

“Staff cleans the room daily. Very comfortable rooms and very peaceful hotel. Parking outside the facility under tree shades.Many surrounding areas are abandoned. Absolutely no entertainment. Ice available only if you go to the restaurant and pay 50 cents. Pool was nice.”

“I stayed at the Coral Apartment. It was really cozy and exceeded our expectations. Kitchen was equipped with all we needed. AC worked perfectly. Everything was in good shape. Hot water. Easy access to main road. Gas station and supermarkets nearby. 100% recommended”
