The owners were very helpful, giving us a map with a description of a walking tour plus where all the amenities are. They made sure we were able to use the key pad and the electronic key. "The room was very clean with a balcony overlooking the courtyard. The bathroom had everything you need including large towels. The only concern would be the air conditioning did not work, but since the temperature at night got down to 60 we just opened the balcony door. If it would have been hot, the room would get quite stuffy."

"Me and my boyfriend came to aveiro for two nights to see the city. This arts house is a small art museum with a private tour that takes about 15 minutes during check in. The room was super clean with air conditioning and a very good vibe. The place felt very welcoming and the staff were very nice. It’s also in an amazing location, 2 minute walk from downtown and right beside the aveiro museum. Overall this was a wonderful stay and I would recommend this to absolutely anyone, especially if you are interested in art. "
