This spacious 96m² apartment is located on the 1st floor with elevator access. It comprises an entrance hall with a closet, a fitted and equipped kitchen adjoining the living/dining room which opens onto a large south-facing terrace with full sea views, 2 bedrooms, a bathroom and a shower room, and 2 toilets. A private parking space is available in the basement. The apartment is equipped with Wi-Fi. An electric vehicle charging station is available at the foot of the building.

*Cleaning: We require that the trash, refrigerator/freezer, and dishwasher be emptied and the barbecues cleaned. Glass bottles must be taken to the designated recycling containers in town. If you have opted for the linen service, it must be removed and folded at the foot of the bed.
