Leave your car in the secure parking space and forget about it during your stay: beaches, coastal paths, restaurants, cafes, ice cream parlors, food shops, a market, a supermarket, a casino... Everything is less than a 5-minute walk away.
This luxury 47m² apartment can accommodate up to 2 people (1 bedroom).
It is located on the 3rd and top floor, with elevator access.
It features:
- Living room with sofa, coffee table, and television.
- Living room with dining table and bookcase.
- Open-plan fitted and equipped kitchen with refrigerator, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, and toaster.
- Bedroom with a 160cm double bed and storage space.

This magnificent apartment features two furnished terraces facing the sea with electric blinds.
