Located within a short walk to Mimosa Beach and 4 km from the center of Protaras.
This amazing villa with well-kept gardens offers privacy, fun and relaxation for everyone. It features a large living area with sliding doors opening out to a patio and a spacious pool area.
There is one bathroom with walk-in shower room on the ground level.
Upstairs are three lovely bedrooms bathroom with walk-in shower room.
Two of the bedrooms share balcony which overlooks pool.
This villa will definitely provide unforgettable holiday for everyone.

My family and I (husband and 2 kids aged 6&9) have just returned from a week in Protaras at Villa Aleta.The villa was amazing, very modern, clean and with the most amazing (and huge) pool, which we spent countless hours in during our stay.It was our 2nd time to the area which is what made the villa so perfect, it is walking distance to Konnos beach (absolutely stunning cove), a 5 min drive to Cavo Greko national park, and a simple bus ride to either Ayia Napa (route 102) and the Protaras strip (route 101).The bus stop is a 1 min walk from the villa.Check in was super simple and the villa-2-let team were always on hand to help us with anything.Can’t wait to come back!

Une villa avec tout le nécessaire, une piscine si chaude que c'était un plaisir de se baigner à toute heure, toutes les personnes en contact très sympas et merci à ce jeune qui nettoyait la piscine Lieu à recommander!

Cape Greco villa

We were sent a pin of the location which did not work, so took us an extra 1 1/2 hours to find the property. In the end we called for help and I lovely lady named Georgia, from Villas2let met up with us & showed us where it was. When we arrived the pool was dirty and the water level was low, this was corrected the following day (We think were were 1st rental of the season) there are 2 new aircon units in 2 of the 3 bedrooms which are new, the 3rd bedroom didn’t work very well. Cooking facilities were adequate & also a barbecue for use The shower upstairs was very slippery which was a hazard. The umbrella outside was a waste of time and kept blowing over, was difficult to find shade to enjoy a meal. The pool was a generous size which we enjoyed Overall we enjoyed staying here, but the villa is in need of modernisation We were a little disturbed as one evenings a lady drove her car through the garage of the property which meant we had workmen for the following 3 days to secure it, luckily we were out in our hire car, but still disturbed our privacy. There is a small supermarket very close, which was handy as they sell everything Also a bus stop less than 40Metres away, very good too get into Protaras etc. however a car is needed to get about, shopping etc, there is very little at walking distance
