Everything about the hotel was neat and clean and the staff were all very friendly and helpful. It has a good sized pool, with a decent number of sun loungers and umbrellas and there is a beautiful beach less than 100m away.

The front desk older woman (I forget her name!) went above and beyond for us and made reservations, booked our tour and requested our taxi - all in about 20 mins! She was super helpful.

Hotel is in a great location, just a few steps to the beach and has a nice pool with plenty of available sunbeds and drinks and snacks available all day. The rooms and grounds are well maintained and cleaned every day. Good aircon in the room, although can be noisy to sleep with it on. Breakfast buffet has plenty of varied options from cooked breakfast, omlettes, pancakes, pastries, fresh salads and fruit. The main road is only a short walk away and is lined with supermarkets and restaurants. From the beach there is a paved walkway in both directions, perfect for morning runs to see the sunrise or evening stroll. To the left from the hotel a 30 minute walk will take you all the way to the harbour and to the right is a more rocky coastal path that takes you to Nissi and Landa beach. The sunbeds and brolly on the beaches you have to pay €9.50 per day. The hotel is just over 1km from centre of Ayia Napa, but far enough away to not be noisy. Surrounding hotels do have music and karaoke but everything is off by 10pm. I booked a transfer with the hotel as this was very reasonable. My only gripe is that my room didn't have a deadlock or chain on the door. As a lone female traveller this for me was a worry as anyone with a keycard can access the room while I am in there. I always travel with personal safety door alarms and this is the only time I have ever had to use one. Other than that, very happy with my stay and the staff here are super friendly and welcoming.

Best small hotel on Ayia Napa

We stayed here for 6 nights and the staff were wonderful good selection of food for breakfast,rooms are very clean and the service in all departments is exceptional.Special mentions go to Spyros the Manager ,Andrea Katie Jutta, Pascal, Gabi and everyone else who make this hotel so welcoming and feels like home from home.

Das Hotel ist modern,sieht aus eher wie ein 4Sterne Hotel.Das Personal ist sehr freundlich.Das Hotel liegt bei einem wunderschönen Strand.Schönes Pool.Man bekam ein Welcome Drink,was oft in 5Sterne Hotels fehlt,ich war begeistert.Da das Hotel ja kein 5Sterne Hotel ist, man sollte nicht frischgepresste Säfte für Frühstück erwarten,sonst bietet das Hotel ein wunderbares Frühstück an,mit grosser Auswahl.Man hat jeden Abend verschiedene Life Musik zur Abendessen,oder Feuershow.Das Hotel neben an spielt bis etwa 22Uhr ziemlich laute Musik,sonst ist die Umgebung sehr ruhig.Perfekte Ort für Erholung, liegt ausserhalb der Partyszene, trotzdem nah zu allem,was man braucht: Restaurants,Nissi Beach,Einkaufsmöglichkeiten.Auch die bekannte Discos sind zu Fuss erreichbar, nach etwa 10-15min Spaziergang.Alles in allem, der Aufenthalt war perfekt.Preis-Leistungsverhältnis stimmt.Ich würde definitiv weiterempfehlen.

Utsikten samt närheten till stranden var det ända postiva. Det luktade unket i hallen, ovanför sängen var det mögel på taket, samt vid ventilationen. Man kunde inte stänga av ACn under natten när man sov, utan man fick öppna upp dörren till balkongen.
