Very good location with very good transport links to both local and Intercity locations. Very helpful staff even before arriving with transport options and also whilst staying there. Local shops and restaurants close by Very clean through out and helpful housekeeping staff. Comfortable room good wifi. Could purchase nice reasonably priced breakfast and evening dinner if required. Enjoyed our stay very much and would stay there again

An enjoyable stay

The hotel was in a very good location on the outskirts of the main strip. The check in was straightforward and the staff were very professional and helpful when ordering taxis etc. The room was functional, clean and spacious and was serviced daily.

Budget friendly off season hotel of high quality.

Nice newer clean rooms with friendly and helpful front-desk staff. Studio room had working mini-refrigerator and electric stove along with a separate kitchen sing to wash dishes. Plenty of cabinets, desks, and AC outlets for your electronic equipment. I was there during the off season so I didn't have to pay the Air Conditioner extra fee so the rate was very reasonable.

Noisy in the evening and at night

The hotel has a lot of youth. Very noisy in the evening, when the guys are going to parties and at night when they return. The room has a mini kitchen, but there is no sponge and dishwashing liquid. Reception staff invited us to buy a sponge in the store. Once in the shower a big cockroach ran.

Hotel was located on the main street so restaurants/stores were within walking distance. Not ideal for a family as most of the residents were young and rowdy. Room was clean, though did not offer partial sea view as paid for. Amenities were ok but lacking in some aspects such as no clothes line to hand towels, no dishwashing rack to dry dishes, no conditioner or body wash offered etc. The spare bed provided was a fold out camping bed which was very uncomfortable and not suitable for an adult. Staff were friendly and accomodating.

It is a budget place and is ok to price, clean and centrally located and with very polite and friendly staff. And that's all with the positive sides. The rooms have such a bad sound isolation so you can hear everything what is going in the pool (where music is turned on at 8 am) and corridors. Room facing Nissi avenue almost impossible to sleep in - it's like sleeping directly on the heavy traffic road - you can hear everything happening on the road even though with closed windows. Rooms are very basic with many things missing in kitchen: in our room there was only folk, no shampoo and soap at all.

Appartement propre à l'arrivée mais manque de ménage durant la semaine. Sol jamais fait et serviettes pas assez changées. Cuisine très mal équipée, manque d'ustensiles. La réceptionniste n'était pas toujours serviable... Aucune indication à l'arrivée sur le fonctionnement de l'hôtel. Nous n'étions pas côté rue mais la chambre était assez bruyante. Très bon emplacement pour sortir à pied. Salle de bain agréable. Parking privé très pratique.

Väldigt bra, vi åkte hit nio personer på studentresa och tyckte Evabelle passade oss perfekt. Först fick vi inte rum på samma våning men det löste personalen så att vi fick dagen efter! Ligger nära centrum, lite längre från de fina ständerna men de var inga större problem att ta sig dit till fots. Enda klagomålet man skulle kunna ha är att det byts lakan och handdukar var tredje dag vilket var lite snålt men med tanke på priset för hotellet är vi otroligt nöjda med vår vistelse. Poolen är dessutom väldigt bra med trevlig poolbaren. Lite snålt med köksutrustning men man klarar sig ändå utan problem tyckte vi! Åk till Evabelle för att få ett prisvärtboende!!!

Ringe rengøring. Der var fyldt med skimmelsvamp på toilettet og lange sorte hår på gulvet i stuen samt toilettet. Mine børns værelse var også ulækkert. Køkkengrejet var ikke rent. Utroligt at man betaler for et Deluxe studio værelse, hvor der var udtjente møbler.

EvaBelle är ett mellanklass hotell som jag tycker är bra när jag vill bo nära centrum av Ayia Napa. Vi hade städning 6 dagar av 7 det var bra. Dom gjorde ren poolen varje morgon. Det enda som jag skulle vilja ha ändring på är att dom skulle byta handdukar och bädda rent oftare, nu gjorde dom det var tredje dag. Annars finns inte något att klaga på

Hôtel bien situé, propre en général mais les occupants de l’hôtel sont trop bruyants. Le personne est gentil et serviable. Gros point négatif: manque trop d’ustensiles pour cuisiner. 1 mini poêle et 1 casserole pour 4 très minimaliste pour cuisiner un minimum.

Very nice stay

We enjoyed the stay at the Evabelle hotel! Room was nice and clean, the staff was helpful and welcoming, the hotel is well located (several beaches around, the Musan is near). Some small issues: not so much utensils to prepare food, especially no glass in the room (I asked twice at the reception), no handsoap or any toiletries as indicated in the description and the a/c in the living room seems to not working
